Could not fault anything from the initial contact, quotation and fitting of the ladder. Michael and Jake were brilliant, keeping us updated on arrival time, fitting and keeping the place clean. Showed us how to use it before they left.

Even though we are yet to have our install complete, right from the start our experience has been 'Amazing'. Our surveyor Elliot was extremely polite and respectful. Out of all the companies we had round to provide quotations, Elliot was the only one to actually sit down with us and run through every detail with us from ladder options right the way through to lighting. He answered every question we had and was able to show us multiple images of past work. You can tell that the company is built on good morals as Elliot never once tried to up-sell us items we did not need and he was able to come up with what will be a truly amazing storgae space. This made the decision to choose Amazing Lofts easy. He even brought down our Christmas decorations for us with no fuss after we aksed, as currently we have no safe way to get back up to the loft. We cannot wait to have our boarding complete and have full faith the installation team we do an amazing job.

Very responsive & provided useful advice when quoting. It was very clear on costs and expectations. I received a call prior to the install to check final details. The team rang ahead on the day of install with an ETA and were very polite and kept me informed throughout, overall Michael & Shane did a great job.

I’m happy with the job done by Josh and Ashley. I was especially pleased with the customer service. There was an issue with the electrician not turning up on the day.I contacted Ben who had been the salesman and he responded immediately, made sure the electrician came on another date and refunded me £50 for the inconvenience with no fuss. I chose Werner easiway 3 section aluminium ladder which I didn’t get on with. This was removed and I was refunded the cost of the ladder. Overall extremely happy with service and result.
