Here's why this company are exceptional 1) Elliot the surveyor was very honest and quoted according to what was needed. Unlike other quotes he did not add in things I did not need like extra loft insulation or vents. He explained the range of hatches they fit and again was honest about what was best for me. I chose the wooden ladder and it's really good! He followed up my questions and was patient. Well done Elliot! 2) Michael and Jake were exceptional fitters who are employed by the company. The company only seem to hire the best! Michael explained everything they were doing and both did exactly as quoted to a very high standard. I am very pleased with how tidy everything was left after they finished. You wouldn't know that work had been done. They were very respectful of my property and me. Thank you both! 3) The price was very competitive and I was pleased to have found them last minute and by accident! They fitted me within a week of the quote. Job done. 4) They provide a lifetime company guarantee on their work but given the high quality of the work and materials I'm thinking it may not be needed. 5) They don't use sub contractors, only employed staff. This is important because sub contractors have no accountability. If you are planning similar work call them! They are remarkably good.

Amazing by name Amazing by nature. Amazing lofts have given an amazing sales experience and have ensured that the work is completed in a good time frame. Today I received a call to advise the work was to be completed today if I wanted and was happy to oblige. Michael came out to do the works and he is firstly a very informative and approcable friendly professional. Secondly he has done an amazing job and in a good timeframe and has not failed to deliver a perfect service and helpful demonstration. I highly recommend Amazing Lofts. Fantastic service from initial contact and quote to completed installation. Ben carried out the survey on 5th September, answered all our questions, gave us great advice and no obligation quote. Today 19th September, George and Ash completed the installation and they were amazing. We are extremely impressed with the work carried out, very professional, explained the process, I was shown how to operate the new access hatch and ladders and the boarded area exceeds all expectations. Thank you Amazing Lofts and Ben with a special thank you to George and Ash who were brilliant. On completion all rubbish was removed and area cleaned.

Michael and Jake did an amazing job fitting our new loft boards and new loft hatch. Despite the terrible summer heat and a very dusty loft they worked hard to create a perfect new space for us.
