Wow, what a game changer. I now have space to store my stuff! It's so efficient and the results are just fabulous.

From the initial appointment to choosing a date for installation the customer service was excellent. On the day Mitchell was punctual, friendly and polite and worked nonstop. When he had finished he left everything neat and tidy and took time to explain how the ladder worked. I am absolutely thrilled with the transformation and so happy to have so much storage space! I'm very pleased with the work. Michael and Jake were excellent. They were on time, made every effort to minimise the mess and what little mess they did make they tidied up after themselves. Most importantly the finished job looks great. At every stage the company have been excellent, professional, courtesy and the communication has been first rate. Really everything you'd hope for.

Amazing Lofts…. amazing service. Steve and George were great from start to finish. The loft boarding and insulation was scheduled to be completed within the 25th August but proved too big a job. They tidied the worksite and then returned on Saturday 26th to complete. The finished job was to our full satisfaction.

This company were informative, professional and polite throughout, from the beginning in arranging the appointment for the quotation, and to Ben surveying the space and providing the quotation, to George and Steve working to carry out the installation of the boards and new ladder, and the electrician placing the new light.

We couldn't recommend Amazing Lofts highly enough. From start to finish the process was efficient, smooth and high quality. From completing the online form for a quote to completion of the job all members of the team were professional and helpful. Kevin replied to us the same day we completed the online form to arrange a time for someone to come and do the quote. Ben then came to do the quote, he arrived on time and was extremely helpful taking us through all the options available and explaining sizing etc. George and Ash came to do the boarding and installation of the ladder, they worked flat out, the work was of good quality, they tidied up after themselves. Helpfully, they also let me know when they had about an hour left so my husband could return to check the work, and George explained and demonstrated the ladder clearly. The final stage in the process was Clive coming to fit the two loft lights, again he was on time, polite, friendly and efficient. We are very pleased with the outcome and the whole process took less than a month from our original query. Thank you Amazing Lofts.
