Extremely poor customer service. Bracelet tarnished and went a dark grey after wearing it on a couple of occasions. Avoid buying from them. Newbridge silverware is much better quality. Complained in December 2024 and they have still not resolved it

Watch face and strap good but the catch on the strap flimsy, which makes it difficult to close.

Not a good experience unfortunately..I ordered sunglasses that were half price and was sent the wrong ones..I gave them to my sister and reordered the glasses I wanted only to be sent the same wrong ones again...😏

Five stars. Lovely products, reasonably priced.my only critique is when there is a free gift it either arrives loose in the box or maybe in an envelope ( if you’re lucky!) If the free gift is worth so much why is it not put either in a cardboard pouch or something more secure. I almost threw out my free gift once as is was just loose in the box mixed among the paper packaging used to protect the other items. Please Tipperary Crystal find a better way of providing safely protecting the free gift we receive. I’ve purchased many times from this company and will do again. I love the products and the value they offer.

Everything was great from ordering to delivery very quick and efficient.

Had received a damaged item, but. Customer service could not have been more helpful. There was initially a slight delay in their response to my emails, so they decided to just send me a new item as a replacement. Have since bought fun them again with no issues
