No problem with the order but my items were delivered in a bubble wrap envelope and the gift boxes were broken and crushed inside... Jewellery not damaged. Absolutely no protection. They were gifts. Will never order online again.

When I received my order, one of the glasses inside was broken. I have reached out to you 2 weeks ago and have still not heard back. Very disappointed as this was a housewarming gift for a friend.

Everything from start to finish is so easy, prices are so good, quality is so good and delivery was right on time. Packaging was great but I think there could have been less paper used, a big box for small item, alot of recycling for 1 item.

After 2 damaged deliveries I received a third parcel. Customer service is excellent. Cannot recommend them enough.
