I was very pleased with delivery time but very disappointed that my order was not as described. I ordered the Black Sicily handbag with Rose gold hardware and pink lining (as shown in product images), only to receive a bag with Gold hardware and yellow lining. The bag itself is lovely, very well made, just not what I ordered. I kept the bag as it was for a break away and didn't have time to deal with returns.

I absolutely love Tipperary Crystal purchases. My friend was delighted with her gift, beautifully boxed as always. My only complaint this time was ommiting to include the message we sent for her 60th. Therefore she had no idea who sent it, until I messaged her on her birthday.

Quick shipping, was kept informed at each stage of the process. I particularly like that you clearly reuse packaging from your warehouse stock deliveries. Just about all the packaging and cushioning is recyclable apart from the packing tape and other small items.
