Lovely items for stocking fillers. Great quality and it looks snazzy. Very satisfied

The item itself ( birdy tea caddy) arrived undamaged but the presentation box was very scruffy and the insert which was supposed to hold the item in place was torn so the item was moving around freely within the box and could have easily gotten chipped during transport. Fortunately I was buying this item for personal use, I could not have given it as a gift in the presentation box it arrived in. Therefore I only give it 4/5 stars. Had this been for gifting I would have been very upset and would be nervous to buy from the online store again for gifting purposes. I did purchase other items from this range for Christmas gifts from another store and would say the boxes arrived in perfect condition but again the inserts were not fit for purpose and did not hold the items in place. Again we were lucky that no damage had occurred during transport on that occasion. Item itself is very nice and I'm very happy with it.

An amazing irish company, beautiful pieces of jewelery, vases etc at such competitive pricings. Delivery was very fast. I had an issue with one of my pieces that I had ordered and I was reimbursed with a brand new piece of jewelery, free delivery, as it was damaged in transit.

Got my order very quickly beautiful Eoin o Conner mats and mugs. Absolutely stunning. But unfortunately there was a promotion for free pendant with over 45 euro spend but sadly I didn't receive it. Tried emailing several times but no reply. Otherwise I'm happy with my purchase.

I absolutely love the side plates but I thought they would have been slightly bigger. As side plates go they are quite small but very beautiful
