I received a beautiful watch a wee bit tight requested an extra link have not received to date . Am very disappointed

My only issue is aside from my confirmation email stating my order had been placed I got no further information, ie Shipped etc. Despite the fact that I emailed twice regarding same and got nothing back at all until the day dpd texted me to say my parcel was out for delivery that day.

It was so easy to order on line - not something I do much of.
