I ordered beautiful wine glasses as a Christmas present. When they arrived two were broken. I forwarded details, order number, photos etc. Despite numerous emails etc noone has responded to me. Terrible service and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Update 15012025 Received a replacement set of glasses today and an apology Thank you!!!
