One of my items arrived broken and there was no way to contact customer service. I submitted a request on the website but I recieved no response. Very disappointing. Will not be ordering from here again.

Beautiful pictures of each individual decorations and no hidden costs. Delivery was as per the timelines stated on the website and, given I only placed my order a day or so before the Christmas cut off period, having the decorations delivered pre-Christmas really made it for me.

The items were not packed well, the candle set was open and the candles were out of it.

I got no receipt, when I emailed and asked for a receipt I got no reply
