Great product, fast delivery.

I absolutely LOVE my Botanical Studio plates and mugs - I just ordered another set for myself and another for a friend! Packing could be better - I can understand why some reviewers have had breakages....there's a lot left to the care and attention of the courier. Mine arrived in a HUGE box with lots of loose paper as cushioning - my courier thought that something HAD broken because the items were loosely wandering around the box! It was miraculous that they all arrived safely - fingers and toes crossed for the next lot!

My order was left by courier on my doorstep without ringing the bell or knocking, it was one of the wetest days of the year and the packaging for the products as well as one of the candles have been destroyed. I know it's not entirely your fault but you do engage the courier. I have video of water dripping from the boxes and the exterior packing couldn't even be lifted it was so wet. I did email straight away but that was not acknowledged which isn't good customer service.

Order easy to place, delivery fast. prices good (On Sale) Would like to see you using less packaging... huge box, lots of filler paper, small items, none fagile.

Order included Gin glasses which were to be personalised with name. Received glasses without name but was charged for personalised glasses. It was a gift for christmas. Several emails later, no reply. Disappointed much.

You do know that taken people's money and not given them what they paid for is robbery. And then ignoring your emails. I will never recommend your company again. Shocking customer service.
