I ordered this beautiful watch on a Sunday night and it was delivered two days later, Tuesday (Christmas Eve) I couldn’t believe how quick the delivery was given it was Christmas time. Well done to all involved.

Everything came very quickly and exactly what was ordered

I ordered a set of 2 saucer cups (Botanical studio set of 2). 1 of the cups arrived with a scar as if was broken and repasted. I wrote to Tipperary crystals and have been sending reminders since then. I offered them to pick up defective item or send replacement. No response. First they do not do proper QC before dispatch and then no response to customers. Disappointed and would prefer to purchase from other seller in the future.

Got my order on time

I placed an order on Sunday,not expecting it to arrive before Christmas with such short notice. I was delighted to find it arrived on Christmas Eve morning.I must say I was VERY impressed and I give them and DPD full marks. I would definitely recommend this company. Well done.

There was a missing item from my order in November, after several messages taking a few weeks they advised it was on the way it was a Christmas gift however it has still not arrived I had to buy my daughter something different at the last minute this is just so unsatisfactory it is a pity as there products are very nice.
