I thought the mugs would be bigger, blurb says 12 oz, and I googled to see how much that was, it was about 350 mls, but these cups hold 200mls.

I ordered this item as a gift. It arrived very fast with no hassle at all. It looked exactly like it did in the pictures. I worried in case it would be small. It's beautiful, and both I and the recipient of the gift are delighted with it. Will definitely order from this company again.

The watch and bracelet are absolutely gorgeous. Service and speed of delivery was great. I thought I wouldn’t get them before Christmas but they were delivered on Christmas Eve which was great.

Delivery efficient, however you did not email me to tell me that an item was'nt available, ye told me i was to get a refund but that was all, i would have ordered a different item of the same value instead

I'm thinking this is in relation to a part of a previous order which was received damaged upon receipt. I am delighted that item was replaced without any fuss.
