In the lead up to Christmas you advertised a free necklace pendant when over €50 was spent. I spent over €50 on products and did not receive the pendant which seemed like a selling point to entice people to spend more money. I emailed to enquire about it and received no response until you sent an email asking to review my order. Very bad customer service.
