I spoke to a lovely lady from Newcastle who answered after very few rings after the ‘choose this option’ messages. She was fabulous, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and added a ‘human’ value I’ve not seen for years - she’s the reason I renewed - give her a pay rise and put her in charge of customer care - she was great.

This is my third year with toyota and I have found them to be very helpful and one of the cheapest to be with, so high recommend.
