When I called, the lady was both friendly and professional, and explained everything perfectly. This is my second policy (renewal) with Toyota Insurance Services. In a nutshell, great service, great renewal price!

Toyota Services would get a higher review because they are generally cheaper, they value you as a customer and regularly helpful. Until you make a claim, my stationary vehicle was hit it went for repairs, the repairs weren't fixed, it went in again and this process happened 4 times. At the end of the final time the issue was still not fixed and the outcome was that the damage was apparently caused elsewhere but ive never had the problem until this accident happened. To add salt to the wound you find out that these had been logged as multiple claims

I have insured my car with Toyota insurance. It was very straight forward procedure and the price was very competitive.

It was hard to see if my payment had been accepted. There was another company cheaper £30 cheaper

Since I'm driving toyota thought of giving try with company insurance also was cheap compare to others but excess are high compare to my last insurance .expecting good service Thanks Toyota
