Terrible Experience with Toyota Insurance – Completely Unreliable Toyota Insurance has one of the worst systems and services I’ve ever encountered. At the end of my policy term, they asked if I wanted to set up auto-renewal. I contacted them online, and the representative assured me everything was in place. Two months later, I discovered they never actually renewed my policy. There was no warning, no notification—nothing. I was left completely exposed, and this could have been a catastrophic disaster. Toyota Insurance is wholly responsible for this negligence. Their service is incompetent, unreliable, and utterly unacceptable. Avoid them at all costs!
