Had written a long review but it got lost somehow! In a nutshell, Kerry and Chantelle with incredibly helpful. Kerry was very patient with our complex source of funds process, I would have hated me and all the docs lol. Chantelle ws always quick to respond. Only thing I'd like to have improved was the portal, quite buggy and frustrating, but that's not K&C's responsibility so I hope the tech people at Ramsdens sort that out as it does not inspire any confidence of security (important when such confidential documentation is in question) nor usefulness. Anyway, would happily recommend Kerry and Chantelle to anyone buying a house.
