When selling my property, requests for information from me were prompt and were processed quickly. All written communications were very clear. Internal communication between Katie and Harriet appeared to be very good as each were up-to-date regarding my case no matter whom I contacted. Since the sale was a little protracted, it would have been helpful for me to receive a regular email, perhaps on a weekly basis, giving an update of progress and the next stage in the process. Even if there was nothing to report from my Buyers, this would have helped reassure me that everything was on course.

Our experience with Stacy Carr as the solicitor for the buyers of our house was nothing short of exasperating. Her unwarranted concerns raised to the lenders resulted in substantial delays, constant back-and-forth with our solicitor, and, ultimately, the withdrawal of the buyers due to the unnecessary delays caused. Despite a plethora of evidence provided by both our solicitor and the estates developers, Stacy remained persistently dissatisfied. The lack of updates, despite relentless chasing, only exacerbated an already frustrating situation. If you're seeking a solicitor who can effectively facilitate a home sale and avoid unnecessary complications, I strongly urge you to avoid Stacy at all costs.
