I’m always dubious of going with a firm recommended by an estate agent, but it’s in an estate agent’s interests to get a sale through as quickly as possible, so I took a punt on their recommendation, Ramsdens (even though they were 200 miles away). My first sale fell through (no fault of Ramsdens) but as a result, time was of the essence when I found my second buyer. I set an attainable, but very time sensitive deadline to get my sale through as it needed to be done before the Christmas break to save me thousands of pounds in mortgage, council tax and utility bills in January. Although it looked like it was unlikely to happen due to conditions out of their control, Jordan and Maria worked tirelessly (often very late into the evenings - I recall some update phone calls being as late as 8pm) to get my sale through before the firm’s 20th December deadline. I had no chain, so it would have been very easy for them to simply say that they couldn’t get it done before January but between Jordan, Maria and I we got it done, for which I am incredibly grateful. I am confident that every time they received enquiries or new information, it was actioned very quickly and had it not been for that expediency, I’d still be waiting to complete on the sale of my property. Jordan & Maria were both very calming on the phone during what was a very stressful time & explained everything in layman's terms for me, regularly updating me on the sale status. I would have no hesitation in using these two superheroes again in future. Thank you J&M

Ramsdens were excellent throughout the sale & purchase of our properties & gave us good support and assistance throughout. Our move had a few stressful moments and they were great in chasing the chain and reporting back with progress and getting things sorted and moved forward.
