Friendly people who knew what they were doing gave good advice when I needed it.Always there to help never felt I was being a neucence when asking a question,it was an emotional thing I was selling my father's home after he died and they made it easy for me with their understanding and professionalism.

I wish I could give Ramsdens in Slaithwaite a positive review but I honestly can't. They recently did some conveyancing for me and my experience was not good. Yes, the transaction got done but their communication was poor, often using legalese that was not explained. Requests to call back were never answered and email communication was brusque, almost rude. I never met the solicitor concerned or the conveyancer who seemed to do most of the work. This was so even if I went into the office and asked to speak to someone. Selling a house is inevitable stressful and Ramsdens way of doing things made it more so.

Jolene and her team are excellent, I cannot rate them highly enough. From start to finish this project was handled in a friendly and professional manner and everything was as smooth as we could possibly have asked for. It isn't the first time we've used Jolene and Ramsden's and it certainly won't be the last.

Excellent service, I would highly recommend Emma and her team. I was in the unfortunate position of having a house fall through on the 20th Decemeber at the last minute. I changed solictors to Emma and they managed to get me from offer to completion in about 8 working weeks.
