This is Mr. Perry, reference my Feb 28 experience and review. Today, March 1, Mr. Aaron Kelly from Customer Service Management called me and apologized for their mistake, and made good on their error. Thats the customer service I expected and paid for. Not many companys will recognize their error and do right. I didn't think anyone from management read reviews. This company does, because they care about customer service. I will definelty use Prestige Ride in the future. Thank you.

If you are booking them for a one way ride then they are great but la couple of nights ago I booked a driver for five hours, but apparently, they switch shifts at a certain time, which led to a frustrating lack of communication. When the first driver left, the replacement struggled to find us because he had been given incorrect information. We ended up waiting in the cold for about 30 minutes, guiding him step by step to our location. While the second driver was helpful once he arrived, the transition between shifts was poorly handled. Better coordination is definitely needed! That being said, if you are not hiring them by the hour you may want to consider somewhere that keeps you with one driver for the whole night.
