Very quick dispatch and delivery, especially as it was just before Christmas.

Wellies were fabulous and my girlfriend was made up with them saying they were very warm and cozy

Item was faulty so I returned it. Advised by customer service that they will inspect on receipt and decide if it is faulty. I have still had no confirmation or refund.

Excellent company. Cheapest price for boots on the Webb. Unfortunately had to return boots as they did not fit. However a refund was issued promptly. Would highly recommend.

Great price, delivered on time. I would have given 5 stars but didn’t receive a dispatch or courier tracking confirmation so I didn’t know if my order had left them - the comms could have been tighter.
