Great wellies, arrived quickly, super price.

I had never heard of this Company before I did research the reviews first before ordering, The reviews were good so i took a chance. My Husband loves Wellies and I was struggling to get a good Brand that caters for a giant size 13 Mens.. Welly Warehouse had a lovely pair of Hunters with a sale price which I felt was really reasonable. So I took a punt and brought them. Unfortunately my husband birthday was January 4th, and I found this company on January 2nd! I was really hoping these would arrive in time. I sent an email (which I didn't think I would hear back from), as some of these online companies lack customer service. However within 5 Mins Rosie emailed me, I asked if there was anyway I could get a quicker delivery and she said she would do everything she could. My door knocked the next day to a delivery driver dropping of the box of Wellies! I was literally shocked! Thanks Rosie you save me from a late present. What a great company. I would 100% recommend.

Millie sorted out the problem when the delivery company failed to notify me that they had been unable to deliver and the refund after having to return as the size was too big. Great to buy from someone who looks after their customers when things go wrong as they inevitably do sometimes.

Fast delivery of a hard to find product

Good, would have been 5 stars but confirmation email didn’t come through so had to ring to confirm order and delivery in time for Christmas, even though I paid for express delivery. Handled very well by customer service.
