I was looking for a new pair of Wellies, and was after a pair of men’s Hunters. After searching around the web, I came across Welly Warehouse, who were selling the pair I was after, for an excellent price (best online!). Having never heard of the company I did some research on them, and as they had good reviews, i took the plunge in purchasing from them. I had no regrets at all. They are a trustworthy company, and the boots were delivered in quick time! Fully Recommend!

Fast and reliable service

I saved up and bought these boots at the end of December, really excited to finally have them. By the start of February, the same old problem appeared—the dreaded hole at the back! Both boots are now leaking. They’re a comfortable fit, and I really love wearing them, but what’s the point if they don’t stay waterproof? WW contacted the supplier, Muck Boots, and they told me no refunds because this was considered normal wear and tear—after just five weeks of use! I will say that customer service at Welly Warehouse was helpful, but unfortunately, their hands were tied by the supplier’s policy. Not a happy bunny at all. Really disappointed.
