Terrible service
Terrible service, parcel never arrived after 8 weeks, took money straight away, no communication for the whole 8 weeks, then received a unprofessional and quite rude fb message back as that’s the only way I finally got a reply. Tried to show they had emailed back but I did not receive this and my email shows this. They must of known I hadn’t received parcel to say they was trying to contact me so a business I would expect them to contact me in every way possible to discuss the parcel not being delivered an what the situation is. They only have an email and a phone number to contact email never replied and numbee only open a few hours a day they contracted the opening times of the phone lines on there own social media and when I rang it rang it. I would not waste £70 i tried my best to find out what was going on. Once I sent a fb message I received a message back basically telling me they had tried to contact me and it was pretty much my fault and sorry was the last line of the message which word for word was ‘sorry about that’ geuinley baffled that a business would not send a message with sincere apologies after what happened regardless if they mean it or not. I paid nearly £70 for a product that I never received and also caused upset for a birthday. My app for delivery never moved from the 11th it said delivery 19th of December for 8 weeks then randomly 3 days ago come up delivered with no proof of delivery as it hadn’t been delivered so again don’t understand. As I’ve previously stated I never wanted a refund I never wanted a freebie I genuinely wanted the wellies for a gift I even thought I would give them to my mum for Mother’s Day in march but as never received and after the terrible customer service I have received the lack of empathy and lack of communication I would like my full refund including delivery as that never existed anyway. I found the same wellies on a legit website for cheaper and tracked delivery. So I now even more so think no excuse and it’s a scam website. Feel terrible doing this as I don’t leave bad reviews but feel I have no choice. I am also still waiting for refund payment was took within one minute but refund still not received and haven’t even been told how long this will take and how much refund is, poorest communication from a business I’ve ever received.
