I called in stressed and representative Ivan was Amazing. He put me at ease provided clear information and got me the help I needed. Good customer service is a lost art but Ivan was Awesome!!

We have used Alliance Virtual Offices for a couple of years now. We have found them to go above and beyond in their customer service. They are responsive to requests, quick to answer questions or handle any issues that may arise, and pleasant to deal with! In particular, our office is at St. Rose Executive Suites and their staff is wonderful. Our mail and deliveries are handled professionally and quickly. We have used the beautiful conference rooms several times for meetings, and have nothing but positive things to say about our experiences there. They have been a great help to our business!

PRISCILA and I put her name in all caps for a reason because she is a rockstar. She walked me through the entire process, explained my options, helped me when I needed to make changes and was patient with me throughout the entire process. I’ve had one major package mailed to my Virtual Office and it was broken into . The two Women sat there and gave me that package with zero explanation. Just handed it to me like it was cool. You got ONE TIME to mess with business operations and this was that time Alliance. Abysmal service. I called and left a message and NOT ONE PERSON has called to follow up DO NOT TRUST ALLIANCE VIRTUAL to take care of your needs because they absolutely will not. I will continue to use this service to build my credit but I do not trust Alliance Virtual to handle any of my packages until someone can explain why my things were broken into. Didn’t even call me.

Priscilla provided above and beyond service. She was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Priscilla assisted me through the whole process. Alliance provides an all in one service that made acquiring my new virtual office fast, easy and convenient. I would recommend this to friends and family.

I edit this review because I had a quick response from Durim Sherifi and he could get an answer very fast, which was I needed. I am very grateful for his diligent work. I suggest though that Alliance should update their info on customer support business hours, because their website states weekend hours. And I had just learned that they don't work during weekends.Thank you. ‐--------------- I am truly unhappy because I need some urgent answers and noone is reaching back to me. I am paying for mail forwading once a month, and since I am expecting a letter from the IRS I requested for mail check and no response. I wrote to customer support, several chats, messenger chat, tried to contact my representative (Durim Sherifi) and no answer. It seems that they do read TrustPilot opinions, so I am trying this way. It is hard to get on the phone considering that I l live outside the USA, but I already read that they don't answer it either. They were super insisting when it came to sign up and open the account. After that... I am still waiting! I need an answer!!!
