Jose made my headache go away. I was trying to do something and thought it could not be done. I decided to hit the chat button out of frustration and low and behold.... THE HEAVEN DOORS OPENED! LOL! What I was trying to do I actually COULD do and he made it work! I was just going about it all wrong. It costed a little more but when you get someone to make it happen you don't mind paying for the added service. So grateful for Jose being so patient with me and helped me through my frustration. I will always use that chat button now. LOL!

I want to give this review for Denise. Without going into long detail, Denise has taken care of me and my account from the moment there was a problem that had occurred. I will say she’s been the sole reason why I won’t go to another company and I suggest that you all give alliance a chance.

I am super excited to get started with Alliance Virtual Offices. I was referred by Ty Crandal with Credit Suite and it led me to this site. My experience has been great. Alliance was very welcoming and continued to reach out to see if I required help and offered more hand holding. They are very responsive and will offer you a support ticket with a 48 hour turnaround if customer service is too busy to answer the call. If you require a quicker response you can use their chat. Abel was able to quickly resolve my issue regarding the referral bonus if you refer other businesses and offered to contact the person I was referring to help them get jump started and I appreciate his offer to help with the other person. He is was wonderful. I do think Virtual Offices could upgrade the website to locate the referral bonus easily on the webpage so it can be searched easily and avoid having to reach out to customer service. I will keep referring this company.

My experience with Pablo Lopez has been great. While I’m out of the country on business travel, he contacted me to inform me of my mail and the process for forwarding it. He followed up and followed through with ensuring that my mail will be forwarded to an address for pickup when I return. I appreciate his level of customer service.

The representative I spoke with today was very nice. He took ownership of my call and made no excuses. He took time to listen and correct my issue without hesitation. He explained everything to me and set the expectation for me in the future.

Excellent communication and follow-up throughout the setup process. Quick and easy to set up virtual office location and mail forwarding. Daniel C. held a video call with me to cover key aspects of the service and made sure I had accurate expectations. He also provided excellent contacts in addition to himself. Mail forwarding is working well and I may take advantage of conference/meeting rooms in the future. Pricing is fair and reasonable. Very pleased so far and I highly recommend Alliance.

The moment the elevator doors open, they remember exactly who I am, and start looking for my mail or packages before I even have to ask (despite the fact I do not come by there very often at all)! The space is updated, modern, and has amazing views! It is a luxury experience dropping by or meeting with clients there!
