At first the local Alliance office "passed the buck" and blamed USPS for the poor service, but promising things would improve. I questioned why they thought it would improve when Alliance claimed their service was not the problem implying the USPS service would get better. I suggested they send me an envelope every week, even if empty, just to show they were providing weekly service. They demurred this would be "too costly." Anyway, when they sent me my mail for that week, included was the missing mail for the past month. It may be too early to claim a lasting victory, but Kath relentlessly worked with me to "cut through the knot" and solve the problem following-up with me every step of the way.

They are the worst. There is no phone number to address an issue with them. They overcharge you by their free will and they don’t even try to resolve the issue with you. Had to contact my bank to dispute. They open 5 tickets and never contacted or resolved your problem. No supervisor no manager, the same rude person gets back to you. I asked her is there a supervisor she replied no I’m the person responsible. Her name is Julia and I have the recorded conversation. Unbelievable how rude and unprofessional she is. She started cussing me and my family. they steal your credit card info beside their bad customer service. She threatened to use the card info so we had to remove the auto charge from the account.

The customer service people are awesome! Alot can go wrong in a virtual or in-person office environment, and the Alliance team is always on top of it ... great work!
