Easier now to design photo books and move photos around Good quality books. Have used this company many times Only one issue sometimes colours are not quite right

I love the products but the changes made to the design area are a retrograde step - so much so that I have switched.

I have ordered from this business for years now...before they changed their name too. Wouldn't go anywhere else for my photo books...always come and are beautiful. I get so many compliments on them.

I've never made a photobook before and I wanted it to be special ad it was a memory book of my mom after her passing. I found the process really easy all the tools are there to help you and being able to save and go back to it helpful. A good thing is it will let you know if you make the pictures too big it will be blurey. You can then adjust it. I was so very pleased when the photobook arrived. It was printed on high gloss paper to a beautiful standard. It captured all my favourite memories of Mom and I would use it again angain. I recommend it to everyone. You won't be disappointed. I will cherish this forever. Thank you

Like many other reviews I can see I ordered a Mothers Day photobook within the deadline for “guaranteed” delivery for Mothering Sunday. At the checkout I was asked to pay an additional delivery cost to again ensure delivery. This was in total false advertising and misleading. The book arrived two days after Mother’s Day and is now useless. In complaining Photobox have made ridiculous excuses at every stage. They will probably write here like on all the other reviews that the matter is being dealt with - it is not! I’ve been reimbursed after numerous e mails the additional postage I paid but they will not refund the cost of the gift I no longer need! Do not believe anything this company says. Appalling. I will be taking this matter further. Interesting to see that some customers who have same complaint have been fully refunded

Always receive speedily and good quality. I like it when there is a discount

I ordered two vouchers to buy now and create later. On checkout it would not let me use both vouchers codes, I called and was told this is not possible, therefore I had to incur two delivery charges. I also paid extra for a specific delivery date which was ignored and the product arrived earlier, which meant I needed to arrange for soneone to be at the property.

I have, on the whole, been very pleased with Photobox and have used them many times. The website is easy to use, and the price has been quite good. I have only had two problems in the past. The printing of one of our books was a little blurred and dull and the other was a problem with making the payment when the payment wouldn't go through and the order was then duplicated in error. We didn't realise that this had happened until two separate orders were delivered.
