Excellent quality! A 120 page photobook recording over 800 photographs arranged to my liking using design templates for each page. Paper quality and colour reproduction make this a wonderful year book of memories in 2024.

Buy now, create later vouchers

In October, I ordered 2 credit vouchers to use against 2 copies of my new book. I went through the order process for the book and it would not allow me to use 2 credits for 2 copies of the book. I had to place 2 separate orders for the same book with TWO DELIVERY CHARGES! I have used Photobox for years with hundreds of orders and made dozens of photobooks. The new editor and ordering system is dreadful. I now want to make and order multiple copies of 2 new books but to have to pay delivery charges on every single book is just crazy. Very angry! Time to look for another supplier.

Small calendar, big price

Paid just under £26 for a calendar which is very small in size and the prints are not particularly high quality. Wouldn’t highly recommend

Love the photos.

The photos I ordered were of a high quality. As I needed them for a project and had photos from another contributor I asked for premium delivery. Unfortunately due to no fault of Photobox my photos were stuck in the Bristol Mail centre for almost a week. The small test batch I did was delivered within 2 days.

WATCH FOR OPAQUE SPECIAL OFFERS. I have used Photobox in its various guises for over 10 years now mainly for annual travel books. For our 2024 one we hooked onto one of the special offers and, perhaps predictably, at checkout, it wasn’t quite what I seemed. The offer had, in my mind, clearly included lay flat pages but they appeared as an extra charge. I paid anyway as I simply didn’t have the time to rearrange the book. The final book was also of a lower standard in terms of colours; I was offered a replacement provided I adjusted the colours! Kind but again a lot of extra work. Customer Service has been polite but clear that I misunderstood. Oh well, I’ve been lazy and now need to look at alternatives.

Christmas present

I originally ordered two photobooks and when they were delivered the one book was out of sequence. On trying to get in touch with Photobox, you are encountered with an AI bot which is very frustrating, the phone seems even worse. Eventually I managed to get a response from the team and due to the xmas period I didn’t get the book in time to give as a gift. However, the product is great in fact its fantastic and replacement was done at no cost. Would I recommend Photobox, yes I would and I will be using them again. Thank you

I contacted Photobox days ago, stating that I hadn't received my photos and that Royal Mail aren't responding to me, regarding delivery. I am yet to what from Photobox and yet to receive photos that were due last Thursday. Yet they've contacted me for a review.

Desk calender was smaller than A5

I thought the desk calendar would be A5 but it was rectangular so.photos were quite small so a bit disappointed
