I spent a few hours placing 307 photo…

I spent a few hours placing 307 photo prints in my inbox. Unfortunately I passed the page where I could order matt finish so was heading to 'glossy' finish which I do not want, nor do I want to pay for. A phone call with photobox could not resolve the issue. Unhappy.

Quick and efficient service. Unfortunately the mugs I ordered were broken in transit. Customer Services were just brilliant. No quibble or hesitation, they replaced them very quickly.

Systematic MIS-print of PhotoBook

Really loved the choice of settings you have to do your creation. However, I had big issues with 2 things: 1-The App itself would constantly tell me it wasn't able to save, although clearly showing me the things I had changed, even days later when I'd come back to it. So it was saving but I received countless stressful messages telling me it wasn't able to save. 2-my Photo Book printing and therefore the received product was different to the way I had created it. On the App, it would appear in a particular order, with particular photos on specific pages, and everything was carefully double/triple checked, and ONLY THEN ordered. Unfortunately when I received the book, the pages were swapped around, photos were also missing on certain pages etc... I contacted Customers Services who were brilliant and refunded my ordered and allowed me to send it through again at no extra cost, but unfortunately it did it again. As you can get a free 'online' version of your photobook, I checked straight after ordering it, and spotted the same mistakes again, on different pages this time, so got Customers Services again, and they were brilliant again, allowing me to cancel the order as it hadn't gone through. But we did this 4 or 5 times, after which I concluded that something was wrong at the Printing end, and that nothing I'd change would ever get things sorted out. So I gave up and stopped calling for help, but having ordered 3 of the same books, and spent over £100, I can't say that I'm happy at all. When I received my mis-printed book creation, the 3 books (which were the same item ordered 3 times) were not even identical in the printing mistakes!!! And certainly not matching what I'd created. A lot of time and a lot of money wasted. Such a shame as I really liked the lay out of the App...

If me as 80yrs old can put an Album together here, YOU CAN TOO!!

The photobox album ordered is a present for my Husband tomorrow for our 60th Wedding Anniversary. Its our life in photos of 60 years of marriage. I hope he likes it. I think it is fabulous and can't wait to give it to him. I did get a bit stressed when I first started making it, thinking |I was running out of time. But everything turned out fine. It took me a couple of days to learn what I was doing but once I got the hang of it. It was good. Even putting in little favours and frames. You can alter and save as many times as you like and your work stays on the computer until you've finished and order your album.

Excellent product and customer service.

I recently made a photobook of our Norwegian Fjords cruise. The software was simple to learn to use. I was amazed at the quality of the book and reproduction of the photos which I took. Extremely pleased. The package when it arrived was damaged in one corner which had also damaged the corner of the book but a quick phone call and this was resolved promptly and satisfactorily. Another cruise later this year and I will definitely use Photobox again and will recommend this company to others.
