I ordered a clutch master cylinder and received a brake cylinder instead. I called to talk about it. I told the young lady what happened and told her I would probably keep it if she would discount it. She didn’t really say anything about that. I went ahead and reordered the clutch cylinder. It was sent out apparently 2 day and I was given a $29.00 credit. I sell car parts at a car dealer stuff happens. If she made that happen great job. Even if she wasn’t involved in that SBTG did a great job of handling this issue, Thanks ! My only complaint is not with SBTG it’s with Brembo. Really a somewhat universal reservoir comes with a 4” hose. Now a couple days wait to get hose from Summit Racing. You guys do a great job. That’s why your business is successful. Thanks again.

I love using your company for purchasing products for my motorcycles. The biggest problem is that you use Fed Ex for shipping for deliveries and they take way to long to deliver, one week is unnecessary long, Please use ups .
