Have free returns…no matter the product. Just had to pay $80 to return a wrong tire. This wasn’t mentioned when I ordered it. Even requested the $9.95 label from you. Hope to see my refund soon after you receive the returned tire. Only positive was how quickly I received my order.

Just received my order! Very detailed with products unlike most other reviewers and shops. Not that I expected for you guys to screw up in any way. You guys are very dialed in the way dialed in riders are.. just like you claim(you understand and communicate in a proper way for those researching). There was a bit of confusion on the shipping. My item was offered with 2-day air at an additional cost. I ordered on a Saturday and was hoping to have my item by Wednesday. However, without explanation my shipping charges were refunded. I asked and was told they didn't offer 2-day air on that item at the warehouse. I appreciated the quick response and relayed I was disappointed but understood. The item arrived on Friday and was exactly what I wanted. What I like about STG is they are responsive and work hard to correct mistakes. Mistakes happen but what is important is how you respond. STG always responds well.
