Very kind friendly staff, cared for very well would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone wanting to get anything done I know a few people that have been here that’s why I chose it and definitely exceeded my expectations and results are very good so far 5/5 stars!

Everything from the moment i first got in touch with them until now went very smoothly. The drivers picked me up and dropped me off to the clinic and back as needed including the transfer to the airport and back (regardless of the hour) The medical staff was incredibly welcoming, helpful and very well trained. They’ve have explained the procedure and told me what the expectations are and managed to achieve more than what they’ve anticipated All in all it was a good experience and I would highly recommend this business to others

Had my hair transplant with MCAN at Alana Clinic in Istanbul, the whole process was flawless, everyone at the clinic was so kind and welcoming the whole process was handled very professionally I felt at ease knowing I was in good hands, my patient experience specialist nurse was always available to answer any of my concern when I was in the hotel at home or in the clinic. While having the procedure the doctor and specialist nurse & nurses were always checking up to see if I was okay and everything was going well, all hotel, clinic and airport transfers were on time and efficient, it has only been a few days since having the procedure done but I could tell as soon as it was finished that they had done an amazing job i just can’t wait to see the results now! I would highly recommend all of the team at MCAN and I will definitely be using them in the future 🙂 I will update my review in a few months with the results which I’m sure are going to look amazing!

The team made the whole process so easy! Prior to the surgery they made me feel comfortable and at ease. The support nurse has been so supportive, answering any questions I had and making sure my recovery is going well.

14 days in now after my hair transplant and I’m so happy with it been such a easy process form start to finish was a little worried about going abroad (turkey) for treatment but not now and I would definitely do it again if needed so let’s begin with how it all works found MCAN online started messaging them on WhatsApp got price and arranged flights with the help of Emre Evcimik then I paid my deposit then all through WhatsApp they send you videos of the airport and where your pick up driver will be which was a gods send as it was so easy to do then your dropped of at you hotel to check in then in the morning your picked up by your driver and taken to your clinic and you meet with the amazing Buse and Trichologist Yilmaz who was so professional and calming and I really did feel like I was I good hands with him then treatment starts was a long day but was worth it then your back to your hotel with all the info on how to sleep and when to take your medication etc etc I didn’t like the sleeping part but that’s just part of it ain’t it then in the morning had a nice breakfast then picked up again by your driver of to Clinic for bandage removal and clean up and more after care advice after that it’s back with your driver of to the airport for your flight home During this time and for the last 14 days iv had Buse my Patient Experience Specialist on Constant hand Via WhatsApp with anything iv needed or been concerned about iv sent loads of pictures of my head to her to see if everything going ok which it is so im happy about it all so far can’t wait to see the full results in 6 months or a year when hair fully grown back so if you thinking about going to turkey for a hair transplant MCAN is the place to go It’s definitely affordable and your get the same results and treatment you would get here in the uk as they doing it day in day out with the same equipment they have here just at a better price so if your thinking of doing it my advice to you would be just do it you won’t regret it

I had a Vaser Lipo done and can only speak out in favor of Mcan. It was my very first plastic surgery and I was very nervous. My main point of contact since I first got in touch with Mcan was Kaan. He was so wonderful and patient with me through the process and was always there for me and my concerns. My local nurse was Cansu. She put her heart and soul into the procedure and was there for me at all hours of the day and night. I experienced a high level of professionalism coupled with warmth and would recommend Mcan without hesitation.

From the moment I arrived at the airport and met by the driver I got a friendly welcome, when going to the mcan clinic Buse was great made me feel at ease and still making sure everything is well weeks after I returned back home. You can tell everyone in this company genuinely cares and do there job professionally.
