If you have afro hair or expect professionalism-definitely NOT the place to go. I had a hair transplant, staff overly friendly until you raise concerns!. Much less hair grafts implanted than what was agreed and paid for-gave all sorts of reasons which were ridiculous. Never met the doctor in charge, only 'nurses' TECHS so make what you will regarding experience and expertise in surgery. No wash following surgery as had been promised. Basically, prior to payment staff presented as understanding and professional, this changes following full payment being made. The only thing that went according to plan was taxi transfer otherwise everything else is a gamble with your health and finances. I am sure they will respond trying to rewrite history! Save yourself the stress and hassle and go elsewhere.

Great care and results

I travelled to Istanbul to MCcan Health to have deep plane face & neck lift I cannot recommend them enough. The surgeon Dr Dundar was amazing and I love the results already even though only 1 week post surgery. The nurses are amazing nothing is too much trouble, they are there for any concerns advise you may need. Mccan clinic team first class, the drivers are spot on friendly and reliable. The process with MCcan is unbeatable.

Based on my wonderful experience, I would recommend MCAN Health to anyone considering a hair transplant. They truly deserve 5 out of 5 stars!

If u are ever thinking about having plastic surgery in Istanbul,i can recommend mcan clinic. They are absolutely the best company with the best doctors who really take care of your satisfaction from beginning to end. Pick ups from airport,hotels, aftercare etc. Im so happy and greatful i decisded their company. They will not try to push you with surgery u dont care for(just for earning money), and the price is also good.

I had a great experience with Mcan. Everything that was offered and promised whilst I was booking was delivered. The hotel that was arranged by Mcan was lovely. Mcan communicated very well and continue to be very responsive to me via WhatsApp. Buse, my dedicated nurse has been great. Hard to comment on the results of hair transplant just yet as it’s only been 3 weeks since the operation but definitely so far so good.

I had great Experience with Mcan , especially Ms. Buse. The staff was not Only professional but also exceptionally friendly and attentive. They are always available to answer any questions that i had during and after the surgery, making me feel supported and at ease throughout the entire process. I, myself was recommend by a friend to Mcan will recommend my friends to the Mcan as well. Trichologist Yilmaz is also very attentive and professional in his approach towards patients. Very kind, absolutely professional and 100% authentic

I was initially nervous flying to another country for a hair transplant/new smile/fat transfer, but from the moment I set everything up with MCAN, they were very kind and straight-forward about the entire process. From the transport from the airport to the hotel, to the clinic, and back again. The interpreter also helped when I needed prescriptions or at the hospital and truly made it a seamless process. Everyone is exceptionally professional and kind, and any questions I had were quickly answered. I can’t recommend them enough, 5 out of 5 stars.
