My 2nd time here in MCAN, it was good the first time but this time was even better felt very welcomed and well take care of thanks to Farnaz who is very amazing at doing the job. The nurses and the doctor where very good too great staff and great experience all in all, I highly recommend MCAN clinic.

I believe it is a bit too early to talk about the result of the hair transplant that my brother and I had in the MCAN clinic. I am writing this review for other important matters. Farnaz has been our after care assistant and has been very responsive to all our questions. She is a well knowledge person with a kind attitude. My direct practitioner for my hair transplant was DR Sadaf with the help of Ata & Emre. Thank you all for your good work. I need to thank Dr Su specially who did the hair transplant for my brother. She was available for the check-up a day after the procedure and a day before we flew back to the UK. I believe whoever come cross Elif would say she is a nice person too. There was some issues that I wasn’t happy with. For example, they didn’t pick us up and didn’t provide a taking us back service which was already included in the package. They said it is because we were already in Turkey and didn’t take the hotel deal which is nonsense. It was much cheaper for them to pick us up from we were located than the airport.

Found MCAN health through my own research after seeing the amazing results a friend had with his dental treatment at a different clinic. I chose MCAN after reading an article regarding ethnic rhinoplasty and Dr Ceran. Immediately I knew this was who I had to see to repair my previously broken nose. Sadly due to flight cancellations I landed too late to go through the procedure. Dilan who has been my main contact throughout is amazing as is Farnaz in calming me and making me feel at ease and confident about everything. Without their support I would have gone home early without treatment due to my high anxiety about it all so I can’t thank them enough. I then decided to meet the dentist Dr Elif in Beşiktaş who confirmed what I already knew about the condition of some of my top teeth. Immediately I knew I was in safe hands and booked the quite extensive dental treatment plan suggested. Completed over 2 pretty long dental sessions my issues are all resolved now and I can honestly say that after hating dental treatment since childhood I felt so at ease and comfortable with her treatment I actually fell asleep a couple of times during the procedure. I will never use another dentist! Dr elif’s team which also includes çagla and Gulcan are in Beşiktaş, a beautiful part of Istanbul and I’m looking forward to coming back on a regular basis for treatments and to see them. Make sure you choose MCAN health and get this team and you’ll get all the care and support you need for whatever treatment your planning! I’m now planning to complete my Rhinoplasty in a couple of months and I’m looking forward to that too.

My experience with Mcan health has been absolutely amazing and a lot of it is down to health care assistant Farnaz. She has been reassuring from start to finish. Communicating with her from the UK and my time in Turkey has been exceptional. Farnaz made sure everything ran smoothly throughout the whole process. She was very attentive with checking up on my well-being and post surgery aftercare. As someone who came on their own she was only a WhatsApp message away. She was quick to answer any questions I had and was a wonderful support.

My experience with MCAN has been a very positive one. The nurses are there to take care of you and make sure everything goes as planned. Farnaz was my nurse and she was very friendly and made me feel comfortable despite doing surgery alone in a foreign country. She also checked up on me every day regarding my recovery etc. Cansu is also especially friendly and made me feel so comfortable. She's naturally a caring person I have to say I didn't expect the nurses to be as brilliant as they are. They made the whole process so much easier. I met a lot of people and there's too many to mention individualy but all the staff at the hair clinic were super professional and nice 🙂 Awaiting one more surgery but I'm sure it will go smoothly because MCAN work with the best doctors in Istanbul!

I’m very happy with Mcan. I arrived in Istanbul on the 2nd of July with my daughter and Mcan driver picked us at the airport, took us straight to the hospital for my blood test. Dropped us off at Dedeman Hotel. My assigned Nurse, Elif and coordinator Shakila were giving me instructions and advices before the surgery. Driver picked me up next day, 3rd of July for my Surgery. I had a Tummy Tuck, lipo and BBL with Doctor Alhan, he’s one of the best doctor in Istanbul. I had the best experience at the hospital. I’m glad the staff looked after my daughter whilst I was having my surgery. They made her feel safe and told her that her Mum is going to be alright. Same thing with Doctor Alhan, he told my daughter that I’m going to be okay. I was very positive before and after the surgery. I stayed at the hospital for 2 days, I was recovering really well. When I got discharged 5th of July, Elif and Shakila were there to help me. We went straight to the Mcan clinic after getting discharged to see the dentist for my Emax crowns. The dentist at Mcan and her assistant was very nice. They’ve given a temporary teeth and I got my Emax crowns fitted on the 10th of July. I love my new teeth. My Mummy makeover journey went really smooth all thanks to Shakila for her patience with me before I came to Istanbul and to Elif for her daily care. I also want to thank the drivers and the other staffs of Mcan. It was our first time in Istanbul and we now love Turkey because of Mcan 🫶🏼

Excellent service Highly recommended I had my hair transplanted and my wife received a facelift surgery from Dr Faith, He is a very knowledgeable and highly experienced Surgeon and all members of the team, Yasmin, Farnaz, Cansu, Çağla, and the drivers are also very professional and helpful as well, I highly recommend them. The experience I had was 10/10. I will not go anywhere else if I need any future services Thank you

I went last weekend and I was very anxious. Being very young and travelling to Turkey alone was a little unsettling. Farnaz was dealing with my experience and from start to finish she was brilliant. Fantastic at making me feel welcome and all anxiety had gone. Really clear and helpful when explaining aftercare. I can not fault anything. Highly recommend. :)
