This was the only website which had replacement sealing discs for 50 year old Kilner jars instock. Baulked slightly at the £7.95 delivery charge but I do understand that this company is a wholesaler and usually deals with a lot larger orders. I also was aware that the company wasn't open during the weekends, however I placed my order on a Saturday and had heard nothing about a dispatch date by the following Wednesday. When I enquired, I was informed that they were still working through orders placed on the Thursday, so my order hadn't yet been dispatched. The customer services agent did offer to get my order packed and delivered more quickly, and it was delivered the next day.

I have sent an email regarding my order which was 4 jars short. I have 48 lids.
