I’ve been searching for Kilmer seal discs, which were out of stock everywhere I tried. I had 2 crates of tomatoes to process and was getting desperate. I ordered Sunday evening and asked for a quick delivery - they arrived Tuesday morning. I love the fact they only use paper and card in their packaging. I’m a very happy customer and will be ordering all my jars and lids from Wares in the future.

It’s fine, it’s just that the prices are so high for glass products even in large quantities.

I have ordered various jars from this company, and it has been a very positive experience every time. Good quality jars with good quality lids. The products were packaged supremely well without breakage and given the amount that was ordered with jars of various sizes in one particular order - I did appreciate not having to ask for replacements. They did accommodate my work schedule and were able to deliver at weekend which was of course very appreciated. Fantastic customer service and fantastic assortment of jars including mason. Failed to say when you place your order that it will not be dispatched for a week, then sent excuse about ..'the time of year' ! --- Original review stands but they dealt with the issue promptly and apologised. Items were packaged well and will use company again as made the effort to rectify.

Can't fault Wares one bit! Delt once through ebay then once direct, both times very fast and easy to deal and talk to!
