Order was for a number of small jam jars I'll be using for making Christmas gifts. Placing the order was easy, delivery pretty quick, but unfortunately a few of the jars got smashed in transit. Customer service responded to my email the same day, and I received replacements 2 days later. Very impressed with the level of service and huge selection of items on their website.

Ive never seen anything like it they package every last thing to a T there is not chance of a breakage during transport!

Great jars, perfect for our purposes. Nice shape and sturdy. It did take a while to dispatch them and we didn't receive any communication about that, but once they were on their way they got to us no problem.
