Delivery was not achieved, and alternative arrangements were unsatisfactory. Refund was delayed until goods returned from courier, even though it was never in my control; cancellation was ineffective and another delivery attempt was made the next week, further delaying refund.

Have been searching for suitable tops for my recycle 1litre glass bottles that I use to collect milk in ( my old tops I’ve had to throw away) Really pleased to find these inclusive of p&p,they’re a great fit.

Ordered jars last year, and more lids this year. Good prices, good service. No problems at any stage of process.

I ordered items which turned out to be out of stock. New supply expected 7-10 days. After almost a month, I contacted Wares. Waited another week for the items, which were then dispatched by overnight courier. My chief criticism is the lack of communication from the supplier as to the on-going supply issue.

Great service however the system of boxing the jars leaves them open to get bits of cardboard and dust in if they were boxed the other way up this would not happen
