Helpful operative but very painful and lengthy process

Gerald was very helpful but the process was very painful. Having made it clear up front I needed cover for 2 separate trips to 2 stated destinations within a month of each other. I realise there is a script/prompt sheet to be followed but there was a huge amount of repetition. In addition I had to listen to a lot of information before being put through to an operative only to have to listen to it again at the end of the process. Perhaps occasionally a member of the management team should ring up and "pretend" to book some insurance so they can experience the process from a customers perspective.
