I tried to renew on-line as we on a cruise, but this was ignored and cover stopped before I returned home. On trying to get renewal price was increased from £300 to £1100 - due to error year before. On enquiring again, the price increased to £1400. Trying on line - prices suggested were less. On talking a 4th time, got a price around £600.
