Renewal price for the exact same policy arrived at more than 122% of last year’s price! A 20% loyalty discount was offered but the renewal premium was still 85% higher than the previous year! Disgraceful! Thank goodness I do not auto renew. Going on line I got a much better price still from Allclear with better cover…What a bunch of crooks…. When I phoned I was told the price increase was due to inflation (currently 2.8%) and the number of claims by other travellers….. the lesson is never automatically renew with this company, don’t be fooled by their 20% renewal discount, and always go on line to recheck your renewal price!

I spoke to Matt today to set up Travel Insurance. He was friendly and helpful, and explained everything and answered all my questions very clearly. I have already received the documents by email within 10 minutes of finishing my call to AllClear. Very efficient, and a good experience so far.
