My partner and I came in this weekend to browse engagement rings. Although we don’t have a date set yet for the big day, we didn’t feel pressured into buying anything on the spot. We felt reassured that we could take our time and truly be able to pick our perfect rings. Symone was so wonderful and nurturing through our experience on Saturday. So knowledgeable and personable. Regan was incredibly friendly and helpful when I visited Cullen Jewellery. He was patient whilst I made decisions and looked at all the options there was to offer. Regan made me aware of the customisation options I could include to choose the perfect ring. He provided a very detailed email with my selections which have been helpful, making it a very positive experience!

The amazing service from the outstanding Ava who took me thru each part of choosing my partners ring, she helped me in deciding parts of the diamond process that i didn't understand while helping me pick the most beautiful ring for my partner, all while not being pushy at all, i felt so supported throughout such a nervous and exciting time :) (best customer service i have received in my lifetime, i will be telling all the people i know who are looking to find the perfect ring to hit up Ava at Cullen Jewellery)

We had an amazing consultation with Jessica, she was incredibly informative, helpful and accommodating to what we might need. We learnt so much and felt so much more confident going away as well as not feeling pressured to decide right away. It is also really nice knowing that Jess is available to help us further with any questions, designs, or looking for the right stones going forward. We had another consultation elsewhere, and it wasn’t even close to how great our experience was with Jess at Cullen.
