Jazz Teggins has been amazing to work with. She was extremely knowledgable, even being in a completely different country she made me feel like I just walked in to a local family-owned Jewelery shop. I can not wait to see my CAD drawings and have my Ring completed.

She really took her time to start at the very beginning and answer all the questions we had, helping us to narrow down designs, understand strengths of materials, and designs that would suit the wear and tear of the ring. We were taken through the process and the changes that can be made making it fell personalised for us. The invoice was clear, being very easy to read and the communication was on point! I really couldn’t fault anything. The text messages are informative from Cullen Jewellery making the process so incredibly smooth. Also their little showroom area is outstanding, presentable and very sophisticated.
