From the moment I arrived at the store, I was warmly greeted and shown through to my consultant Lydia who was lovely. As i already had a setting style in mind, Lydia worked with me to customise my ring, showing me different sized solitaires to see how they sat on my hand along with wedding bands to suit. Once officially set on the ring style it was then time to discuss the diamonds themselves and what is looked for when considering what diamond to choose. This made the selection process of my diamond easy. The overall experience was wonderful. I found it very informative and Lydia listened to what I was after and made it all come together effortlessly. I can not recommend visiting the Adelaide store enough. I can't wait to pick up my engagement ring and when the time comes, wedding and eternity bands which I've already chosen. I'm so excited. Thank you again to the Cullen Jewellery Team 😊
