Regan was very helpful helping my fiancé and I find our wedding bands. He was knowledgeable with the different metal types and very patient while we made our decisions. He even offered to clean my engagement ring while we were looking at wedding bands. I would definitely recommend checking out their showroom.

Laura was so nice, helpful and explained everything so well. It was such a relaxing experience, Laura was so patient and understanding and we found exactly what we were looking for!

We had a planned 45 minute session. We arrived 10 mins early, but we started our session within 2 minutes of checking in. The questionnaire helped Laurie have a range of potential engagement rings ready for us to look at. We smashed out the whole selection process, gem and ring sizing, design, setting EVERYTHING. We had enough time to look at male rings and we selected the design we liked. He double checked and made sure if we wanted to see any other rings just to ensure we were happy.

Such an amazing experience in store. The staff members were all lovely however Jazz made this experience exceptional. Would absolutely recommend!
