Beth was really great! My partner and I went shopping for the perfect ring together, and Beth was very knowledgeable and helpful. She didn't make us feel pressured to choose a ring during either of our consultations. She was happy to give us more answers on our second visit where we found the ring we loved and made our purchase. Beth and Cullen jewellery were very accommodating and were able to make the couple of customisations to turn a great ring into the perfect ring. The delivery time frame was very reasonable for a custom piece of jewellery and their lab grown diamonds are very well priced and beautiful.

Giselle was lovely and helped me pick out my wedding bands. She even went above and beyond to find out if they could do intricate engraving for my partner. Despite them not being able to help she pointed me in another direction! I left with two rings for myself and it was the easiest and most seamless experience. Would recommend!

Laura was wonderful and attentive. I felt very comfortable discussing my requirements.

Very helpful with directions and parking directions. Greeted us with water when we arrived and Mia was very helpful with showing us all our options. She didn’t push us in any direction and let us pick and choose shapes and sizes. Never tried to push a larger diamond to get more money. Even though we were late and cut our appointment short we got more out of the experience than we expected.
