My experience was a mixed bag. I live in California and because of that my card company thought the purchase was fraud, and Cullens’ payment software flagged my card making it unable to be used. Thankfully Kat was very helpful through the whole thing and customer service was excellent. I had to use a different card and transfer money to that account and it eventually worked.
